Breath Energizing Sequence

It is a sequence of sukshma kriyas developed by our lead trainer Neeraj Deshwal. This sequence prepares the practitioner for the yoga practice by energizing through breath work. By performing this sequence body is cleansed and chakras are activated.

Yogic Sukshma Vyayama

Its a sequence of 48 yogic exercise to rejuvenate and energise the body. This sequence was designed Guru Dhirendra Brahmachari.

• Correction of Asana Alignments, recruitments of muscles, awakening of muscles etc

This is an online training therefore students will learn how to conduct sessions online. How they can use technology to teach yoga. They will not only learn hands on adjustment but also how to do adjustments online. Our program exclusively includes "Non Verbal Communication" training which will equip the participant with reading people's body language. This will not only help in business aspect but also during the class.The sequencing of a class is very important. However how one sequences the class depends upon many factors, such as time of the day, age of the students, experience of the students, theme of the class etc. Principles of sequencing are being taught and also different schools of Hatha Yoga with their own specific sequences are being presented and explained in detail. Through the actual practice students get a feel of sequencing and also they have to build number of classes themselves, which are then discussed and given feedback .

The total duration of the course is 200 hours spread over 2 months.

 
We have two parallel batches running simultaneously.
  Morning batch: 6 am- 7 45 pm  ( Asana)

  Afternoon Batch: 1pm to 2 45 pm (Asana)
Evening Self Practice Sessions: All days 5-7pm

Weekends: Both the batches merge together  for a 3 hour long session ( Theory) 

The participants would be provided with soft copies of the various subject manuals.

The start date for the course would be 12th May

You will be assessed on the basis of written and practical assessments on theory and Asanas. You would also be marked for your attendance and involvement in the course.

The certificate will be provided within a week of completion of the course.

The course, affiliated to the Yoga Alliance, USA  empowers you for certified global teaching.
